How can we offer a 12-Month Satisfaction Guarantee Policy?

As the manufacturer and wholesaler, our intimate product knowledge, years of service in this industry, and cost of production allow us to put our customers first. We offer only the highest quality rugs to our clients, and customer service is foremost in our consideration. Any returns for any reason – the design is note what you expected, the color, style, or quality does not suit your décor – we encourage you to return your handmade rug for an exchange or refund.

How do I buy a rug?

Search for your specific rug or simply browse through our products. Beside every small thumbnail image of our products you have an option of add to cart. Once you’re finished browsing, simply click on my cart to view your selection. Next, click on proceed to check out and follow the instructions to complete the transaction.

How do I change the currency?

On the right hand side of every page you have an option to change the currency. You can change the currency in multiple times during your visit to Zandi Rugs.

How does the coupon process work?

There are four steps to insuring your coupon has been applied to your purchase. The most important step is to click on the GO button after you have entered your coupon.

I have purchased a rug and I want to return it what should I do?

Please contact us directly and we’ll assist you with your return.

Do I need to pay sales tax on my purchase? 

Sales tax is only applied depending on the destination. Please contact us and we can better advise you on the applicable taxes for your country.

How do I manage my account? 

At the top navigation, simply click on the "My Account" link and login. Once there, you have all the necessary tools to manage your account.

How do I view my orders?

Once logged into your account, you have an option called "My Order History".

Who is responsible for the cost of shipment? 

Those purchasing within the contiguous United States or Canada, shipping is covered by Zandi Rugs. Rug accessories, sale items, and clearance items do not apply and are subject to additional fees. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipment. International purchases are subject to shipping fees.

How long from the date of shipment before I receive my rug? 

It depends on the availability of the rugs, all rugs are marked with the availability status.

When will my credit card be charged?

Transactions on ZandiRugs.com are performed live, therefore your credit card will be charged immediately after you place an order.

What kind of search can I conduct? 

You can perform three different searches at ZandiRugs.com:

Will you keep my information confidential?

We respect the Privacy Policy laws of the USA and we also respect the privacy of the individual. Your information will be confidential. We do not share or sell customer information with any 3rd party companies.

I’d like to pick up the rug from your store, what should I do? 

Simply contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will make the necessary arrangements for you to pick up your purchase.

Can you send me more information on the rug I’m interested in?

We would be delighted to assist you in making the best decision on your purchase. Simply tell us which rug you are interested in and we will either guide you to the respective page on our site or email you the information. You can also call us to discuss the rug you are interested in.

Returns: What if I don’t like the rug after I receive it? 

Customer Satisfaction is our primary goal and we stand behind every product we sell. Your satisfaction is completely guaranteed thanks to our 12-Month Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.

  • If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, simply return your order within 12 months of the date of purchase for an exchange or refund. Sale and clearance items do not apply.
  • If you return your rug after 12 months of your purchase you will be subject to an additional fee as the rug will be rendered ’used’ and cannot be sold as new.

We hope that within 12 months of having the rug in your home you will be able to determine if it’s the right purchase that fits your decor, style and taste. We want our customers to be happy with their purchase and we will refund your money with our 12 Month Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.
Please Note: It can take up to 2-3 weeks for a credit to appear or 4-6 weeks to receive a refund check. 
Shipping costs on all returns to the Zandirugs.com is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that packages be returned using a reliable carrier such as, UPS or FedEx Ground or any other carrier that can issue a tracking number. 
Please call or send us an email with the tracking number in order for Zandi Rugs to ensure your package is received safely. Once we receive your return your credit will be issued immediately. Review our Return Policy for more details. All returns will be inspected to ensure they are in the original condition – damaged items will not be accepted and invalidate the exchange policy.
