Any returns for any reason – the design is note what you expected, the color, style, or quality does not suit your décor – we encourage you to return your handmade rug for an exchange or refund.

How do I buy a rug?
Search for your specific rug or simply browse through our products. Beside every small thumbnail image of our products you have an option of add to cart. Once you’re finished browsing, simply click on my cart to view your selection. Next, click on proceed to check out and follow the instructions to complete the transaction.
How do I change the currency?
On the right hand side of every page you have an option to change the currency. You can change the currency in multiple times during your visit to Zandi Rugs.
How does the coupon process work?

Those purchasing within the contiguous United States or Canada, shipping is covered by Zandi Rugs. Rug accessories, sale items, and clearance items do not apply and are subject to additional fees. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipment. International purchases are subject to shipping fees.

- If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, simply return your order within 12 months of the date of purchase for an exchange or refund. Sale and clearance items do not apply.
- If you return your rug after 12 months of your purchase you will be subject to an additional fee as the rug will be rendered ’used’ and cannot be sold as new.

Please Note: It can take up to 2-3 weeks for a credit to appear or 4-6 weeks to receive a refund check.
Shipping costs on all returns to the Zandirugs.com is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that packages be returned using a reliable carrier such as, UPS or FedEx Ground or any other carrier that can issue a tracking number.
Please call or send us an email with the tracking number in order for Zandi Rugs to ensure your package is received safely. Once we receive your return your credit will be issued immediately. Review our Return Policy for more details. All returns will be inspected to ensure they are in the original condition – damaged items will not be accepted and invalidate the exchange policy.
